Founded in 1978 by Mr. Hector Valdez, Valdez Engineering Ltd. began as a consulting firm focused on Windsor’s heavy industrial sector. Early work supported automotive, manufacturing, food processing, commercial, and municipal facilities—meeting the need for engineering services designed for complex industrial environments. From the beginning, our mission centered on delivering practical, efficient, and high-quality structural solutions.

As the industry advanced, so did our capabilities. We progressed from manual drafting to modern digital engineering tools, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA). One of our major milestones was contributing to the design and structural analysis of Stellantis’s first electric vehicle production line in Windsor. This achievement strengthened our reputation for innovation, technical excellence, and reliable engineering expertise across multiple sectors.

Today, Valdez Engineering Ltd. operates under Ambashi Group Inc., collaborating closely with Ambashi Engineering & Management Inc. to deliver integrated engineering and project-management services. With nearly 45 years of experience, we continue to provide cost-effective, reliable solutions to industrial, automotive, manufacturing, transportation, commercial, municipal, and infrastructure clients. Our long-standing presence in Windsor and Detroit reflects a legacy built on strong client relationships, technical excellence, and successful long-term project delivery.
